Who we are
This website is run by Canopy Cuts Ltd (company number 16156508, registered in England and Wales; registered office 11 Bertie Place, Oxford OX1 4XQ), part of the Perenna Services group. We are responsible for the personal information you send us through this site. Contact: enquiries@perennaservices.co.uk or 01865 980246.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and address, the service you are interested in, any budget you choose to share, your project details, and any photos or videos you attach. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and invoice the work. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Enquiry forms are processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our business email. With your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads measure how the site is used (see cookies below). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards. We share details with other companies in the Perenna Services group only where that is needed to handle your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept for up to 6 years after the work ends, for accounting and warranty purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
